Trouble Logging In?

  1. Has your password expired?

    Your NetID account password expires every 90 days. If you have not changed your password recently, it may have expired. To change your password, go to EntryPoint.

  2. Have you typed your NetID username and password correctly?

    Check to make sure your caps lock is turned off. Use your NetID password to login to the Blackboard System.

  3. Have you forgotten your password?

    Students can contact:

    Your Student ID number is required for account support.

  4. What does this error message mean?

    Could not login. Valid authentication credentials were not provided.
